There is a ONE TIME set up fee for custom embroidered logos. The cost is $85.00 for most Cap and Chest size logos up to twelve colors and 7000 stitches or less. Most all logos under 3" fit within these parameters. You can either e-mail your logo in a AI. EPS. BMP. or Tiff. formats or Mail us camera ready artwork to scan.  ASK ABOUT OUR FREE EMBROIDERY LOGO SETUP PROGRAM.  Now is the time to get your logo setup!

Setup (Digitizing Your Logo) takes about 24 hours depending on artwork, after which you will be setup for use in our system to embroider any item we sell.

Stock Designs:
We can also design your logo with our vast library of embroidered designs Online. Just make a note of the Category, Design #, Name and Stitch Count. Then go to our Order Form where you can pick out Lettering Styles and make the choice of how you want the letters laid out over the design (Arched, Straight, etc). There is no setup cost to you for a Logo using our Stock Designs.

Lettering:
Lettering can be added to stock or custom designs. Please note the size of design may hinder where you place the letters if you are trying to fit every thing on a hat. The size of lettering can be no smaller than 1/4 inch high.
